As a long time activist and leader for change, Nabaraj KC has spent his life dedicated to bettering his community.

For the last two decades, he has spent his working life in community service. After attending public schools and receiving his Masters Degree in Global Leadership from Duquesne University he has worked as a successful entrepreneur, professional realtor and a community servant. From 2019-2020 he served as President of the Rotary Club of New York, Queens, the oldest and largest service organization in the world.

KC currently serves as President of College Point Civic and Taxpayers Association. His work has resulted in global recognition as a community organizer, philanthropist, Nepalese community leader, and advocate for free medical care. He has been serving the communities for over 20 years continuously.

KC is a globally recognized humanitarian and has been the recipient of prestigious honors and awards from local, national, and international organizations for his work. In recognition of his dedication, Congresswoman Grace Meng recently dedicated December 22nd as “Nabaraj KC Day” within the 6th Congressional District.

KC is a Civic Engagement Transition Team Appointee for the NYC Mayor Eric Adams in November 6th, 2021.

KC also serves as Asian Advisory Council for NYC Mayor Adams from June 2022 to present.

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr KC has continued to help those in need, distributing free foods, PPE, and other resources for Queens residents. He was a recipient of the “COVID-19 Hero Award” by Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams.

KC lives in College Point with his wife, Ramila, and two sons, Nirabh and Neel. He is a proud New Yorker, a son of Nepali immigrants.
